Hi, I’m Wan Sang — a sound healing practitioner and the founder of Ovivra. My work focuses on sound therapy and emotional wellness.

I founded Ovivra with one intention: to make sound healing a part of ordinary daily life, not a retreat experience, not a practitioner's tool, but a 3-minute personal ritual that anyone can return to, any day, anywhere.

I came to this work through my own experience with anxiety, disrupted sleep, and a body that stayed tense long after the reason for the tension had passed. I tried many things. The tuning fork was the first that produced a change I could locate, repeat, and build on.

My path through sound

I began with crystal singing bowls. I studied their resonance, attended sound baths, and spent time learning how ambient frequency affects the nervous system. The bowls worked. But the more I practiced, the more I needed something more direct — something that could be used alone, at home, in 3 minutes before sleep or before the day began.
That led me to tuning forks.
I worked through the major therapeutic frequency families: the Solfeggio scale (174 Hz to 963 Hz), chakra-mapped frequencies, and the foundational grounding frequencies. I studied bone conduction, vagus nerve stimulation, and how the nervous system synchronizes with a stable external frequency. I documented what each placement produced, how sustained duration affects outcome, and why frequency accuracy is a functional requirement rather than a specification detail.

Why I built Ovivra

The more I learned, the clearer the gap became. Most tuning forks available to consumers were built for aesthetics, not therapy. Forks that drifted off-pitch within months. Instruments that vibrated for 5 seconds when the nervous system needs 20. Guidance that was either too spiritual to be useful or too clinical to be human.

I built Ovivra to close that gap. Every fork we produce is calibrated to ±0.5% frequency accuracy and sustains vibration for 20–30 seconds, the minimum duration for meaningful physiological response. Each one is paired with clear, practical guidance on how to use it and how to build it into a daily ritual.

What Ovivra is for

Most people who struggle with anxiety, poor sleep, and chronic physical tension are not looking for a new belief system. They are looking for something that works — something they can do themselves, consistently, without equipment, appointments, or expertise.

That is what the 3-minute sound ritual is. Strike the fork. Place it on the body. Feel the vibration settle the nervous system. Three minutes is enough to shift the body from tension toward rest. Done daily, it compounds.

Ovivra exists to put that practice into people's hands — with instruments built to do the job, and guidance clear enough that anyone can begin today.
